Ella Stevens is a twenty-two-year-old actor, artist, and creative, currently based in New York City. Raised by a family of artists, Ella has been performing, creating, and feeling since she could talk.
Ella has worked across genres, taking on everything from experimental new plays to Ibsen to classical Greek drama. Some favorite theater credits include Hedda Gabler (Hedda), The Clean House (Lane), and new plays Be Mean to Me (Jean) by Sofya Levitsky-Weitz and Lobster (Nora) by Kallan Dana.
Ella is a recent graduate of Northwestern University, where she earned her BA in Theatre with a concentration on Acting, alongside a minor in World Literature, and a certificate in Acting for the Screen. She was able to further pursue her acting training during a semester in London at the British American Drama Academy (BADA), where she studied Shakespeare, clown, high comedy, voice, movement, and more. She has also studied the Meisner technique in depth at the William Esper Studio in New York City as well as at the Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts.
She will be making her Off-Broadway debut as Lexa in Crooked Cross at Mint Theater Company this fall!
